Kelly (She/Her) brings a keen eye for the big picture to every case she handles. As a member of the Real Estate, Zoning & Public Finance Service Group, Kelly adeptly represents sellers in diverse transactions and assists property owners navigating zoning disputes. Her practice encompasses real estate and construction law, where she applies her creative problem-solving skills to keep clients' goals at the forefront. She is committed to guiding businesses and individuals through municipal licensing processes, particularly in the food and beverage industry, ensuring smooth applications, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
Kelly's strategic approach extends to addressing complex statutory and ordinance issues, including navigating licensing and permit regulations. In addition to her practice, Kelly is involved in pro bono work, notably contributing to the Eviction Defense Project, a program that helps renters facing court-ordered eviction. Through this experience, she has honed her skills in counseling clients, negotiating and advocating for individuals facing housing insecurity with empathy and determination. This hands-on experience has enriched her ability to navigate challenging legal situations and furthered her commitment to serving the community.
